If you are looking for the cheapest place to stay in Rincon, we are NOT it. If you are looking for a great location, great view and a clean new place to relax after a long day at the beach then keep reading about our Rincon PR Vacation Rental, 'The Surf Casita'.

A short walk to all the best surfing beaches, a bakery, several bars and restaurants, The Surf Casita is a brand new home located in heart of Rincon’s Puntas area. The private home sits on the property with The Surf Break Main house but is completely detached with its own parking, Roof top deck and private entrance.

Upon entering the home, you will find first class appointments with a generously sized kitchen with stainless full sized appliances and granite counter tops. The open floor plan has a nice sized family room with a Futon sofa and chair. Relax in the family room while watching the 40” flat screen TV. Bring your BlueRay disks to enjoy a movie during your stay. Hi Speed internet and Wifi router sit directly in the middle of the house to insure strong connectivity. There is a full bathroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and master bedroom with a king sized bed. High thread count linens and high end mattress are also here. Plus bath towels and generous beach towels are also in abundance.

Just outside the front door there is a spiral stair case which leads to a large private deck where you can watch fantastic Caribbean sunsets over the ocean (look for the 'green flash'. Have a meal on the 6x top slate table with extra high chairs so as to maximize your panoramic ocean view. New gas grille and 'Zero Gravity' lounge chairs.

Rincon is the Surfing Capital of the Caribbean and Puntas where the Vacation Rental is located is in the center of Rincon. ALL of the best surf breaks are walking distance ~.2 miles from the house. Scuba, snorkeling, jet skiing, para sailing, horseback riding, fishing sailing and whale watching are at your fingertips.

Rincon is also known for power and yes water outages, to insure your stay doesn't turn into a camping trip the house is backed up by a whole house generator and multiple water tanks which will automatically take over during the common outages.
