Located in the heart of North Mission Beach and steps from the boardwalk, ocean and bay! You will be within walking distance to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. SeaWorld, the airport and the Zoo are all within 20-min drive and Mexico is a just 30-min drive south. Great restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, bars and night clubs are all within walking distance.

We also have great grocery shopping with a large Ralphs Supermarket, Trader Joe's and Sprouts (.5-2 miles away)

Our home is 3-stories with a 2-car garage, washer and dryer.

There are balconies off every level, and an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before coming inside. Off the garage is a half-bath with washer and dryer.

The first floor bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom with stall shower. There are sliding doors that open to the first floor patio-deck with umbrella, chairs and table.

The spacious 2nd floor has lots of living and visiting space. The kitchen is fully-equipped with baking dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and much more. Located off the kitchen and dining areas, the BBQ is conveniently located on the 2nd floor deck. The dining table has chairs to accommodate six, plus a bar height table that seats four.

On the 3rd floor, sliding doors open to a 3rd floor deck where you can enjoy the amazing evening twilight or a cup of coffee in the quiet of the early morning. The 3rd floor loft is spacious and sleeps four with one queen bed and two twin beds, and has a full shower tub. There are no full walls in the loft - there are curtains for privacy.

- Beach toys, surfboards, body-boards, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas

-We require renters to be 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

-4th of July week can be a little noisy as it is the busiest week of the year with celebrations all day and fireworks displays late into the night

-Also there is construction from time to time in the beach area

-Garage height clearance is 6'4" and accommodates cars under 15' long (one side) and 19' on the other side.

-No parties or events

-We expect you leave the place clean, if not an extra charge will apply.

-Public buses stop right out front on the corner of Mission Blvd/San Rafael Place.

Getting around

Biking and walking are the best way to get around town. Uber, Lyft and a Taxi are are great ways to travel to other parts of San Diego with easy access to the Trolly and Coaster. The property also has a garage in case you'd like to rent/bring a car. Please note, the garage dimensions accommodate cars under 6'4" and no longer than 19ft on one side and 15ft on the other side.
