4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, Sleeps 10 (King Size, King, Full & Full and 2 Bunk Beds to sleep 4 kids).

2500 Sq feet of Luxury living with private balconies off the living room and master bedroom over looking the pool and pavilion. Penthouse has Ocean Views.

100 Feet from Seven Mile Beach via a Private Beach Access.

Luxury condos on historic Boggy Sand Road. At night you can hear the waves breaking on Boggy Sand Beach, the most secluded part of Seven Mile Beach.

Spacious with open plan kitchen, dining area and living room leading onto a very large balcony.

The Master bedroom also leads onto a private Balcony so that guests can enjoy some private space outside.

The Master has a Full Bathroom with Rain Shower and stand-alone bathtub.

2nd Bedroom with a luxurious King bed and en-suite.

3rd Bedroom is set up for kids with 2 bunk beds (Sleep 4) and en-suite.

4th Bedroom is has 2 Full beds, entertainment centre and bathroom in Hall.

65" LED TV in Living room with cable. Every bedroom has a 55" TV.

FREE Wi-Fi throughout the condo and complex including around the pool.

Chef Kitchen with extra large Fridge.

Washer and dryer in each unit's laundry room.

Storage room for your diving gear, sun loungers and beach umbrella.

An outside BBQ area and pool with loungers. We have a stunning Pool Pavilion with seating, a bar and some private pool Cabanas.

The complex and Condo is kids friendly and we can provide everything you will need for your baby e.g. Crib, high chair, bath etc. at your request. Boggy Sands has a lush Garden for everyone to enjoy.

You have access to the roof top terrace with BBQ, Loungers, Seating and amazing Caribbean Sea views.

Guest can use the Stand UP Paddle Boards and Kayaks. Kids Kayaks are FREE.

The Penthouse has partial ocean views from the Living Room and Bedrooms.
