This home can be rented with the adjacent house to sleep a total of 25 guests for your wedding or family reunions!. Please inquire regarding availability of both homes.

This 5 Bedroom, 2 Bath home away from home sleeps 12, has a gameroom and a dock. We are located in popular Arrowhead Lakes with one of the best views in the community! Swim, fish, canoe or kayak right from the backyard! NEW Stand Up Paddleboard added! Relax on 3 large decks and enjoy beautiful sunsets with direct balcony access from 3 bedrooms. *Minimum age 25 to rent*

*Linens and Bath towels are NOT included but can be provided for $100 (entire stay)*

Additional Arrowhead Community costs (REQUIRED Year-Round):

-- $10 one-time transaction fee (additional $10 express service if paid within 3 days of check-in)

-- Vehicle Access Gate Key Card: First car is FREE ($15 for any additional vehicles)

-- Temporary Membership Fees for ages 12 and over (access to pools, beaches, fitness room, sports courts, lodge activities and events, etc.):

In-season (May 15 thru Sept 15): $8 per person/per day ($40/week)

Off-season (Sept 16 thru May 14): $2 per person/day

This lovely contemporary offers a modern, well-appointed kitchen, cathedral ceilings, skylights, a spacious family room with books, board games, TV and DVD Player. Warm up on chilly nights with the Pellet stove in the family room and a woodburning stove in the gameroom. Gameroom on the lower level offers a pool table & foosball table, Wii, Stereo, TV and DVD/VHS Player to keep the kids busy.

Dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven, outdoor fire pit and gas grill and Washer/Dryer. Cable TV and WiFi Internet access is FREE. Canoes and kayaks available for your use (waiver required). The lake is stocked with trout, bass, perch, and pickerel! The property is well-shaded and driveway can accommodate six cars.

Bring your bikes and ride to other amenities in the community including 4 outdoor heated pools (seasonal), 3 beaches with playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, a clubhouse and the newly-built lakeside lodge with a fitness center!

If Wai (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
