Oceanfront home on the North Coast of San Diego. Fantastic Beaches, only 3 doors over to the Beach Acess and located on Neptune! Favorite beach, Beacon's. Amenities galore! Private garage and onsite parking up to 4 cars, Jacuzzi on the oceanfront, and new flat panel HDTVs

50 linear feet of ocean front viewing! Glass all the way across the oceanfront of the house. All one level, no stairs, and wheelchair accessible for most chairs. Relax and enjoy your vacation here, with the best sleep you have ever had listening to the waves, ocean breezes!

All is provided for your comfort. Bring your board to enjoy the favorite surfing area, bring your clubs, only 5 minutes to great golf at Encinitas Ranch, or 10 minutes drive to Del Mar! You will find boogie boards, beach chairs, a few wet suits, beach umbrella, wagon, and baby gates provided for your enjoyment and baby safety, along with a portable crib (pack+play). Newer model washer and dryer with steam in the laundry room.

The kids will love Legoland, only 10 minutes north, or Sea World, the San Diego Zoo or Wild Animal park are only 20-30 minutes drive. My last guests kids, said no, let's stay here and enjoy the beach!

We have the best weather for year-round enjoyment of outdoor living right here in San Diego, California! For cool nights, a huge fireplace in the living room to enjoy. Dinners for the holidays are easy in the fully equipped kitchen that has everything you could think of.

Restaurants and Dining are short walking distance from the house, but no need to go out if you want to continue to enjoy your great and fabulous ocean views, sounds of the waves, watch the surfers, dolphins and ocean wildlife before you! Even the cruise ships and fishing boats coast by before your eyes! Pet dog friendly, sorry no cats can be accepted due to allergens. Family members of all ages love this house!

Driving either direction you will be able to enjoy many new experiences that will take you from the Mexican Border south, the Borrego Desert south east, Julien or Mount Laguna, Palomar Observatory to the east. Go north to Orange County to enjoy the beaches, to Anaheim for Disneyland, or on to Los Angeles for Hollwood and Universal Studios. There are so many things to do within 2 hours any direction, there is no way to do it all in one trip, and I know once you settle in, you will just want to hang out to swim, beach, surf, or just kick back and enjoy the private ocean front deck with friends and family. Encinitas is the best kept secret for the west coast. Most of our guests come from California, followed by vacationers from Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado.

If you want to enjoy a really comfortable house, and a climate with fresh ocean air and summer breezes, this is where you want to be! You will be magically entranced by those waves that never stop! Eat, sleep, shop and dine in north coast San Diego. Go to the thoroughbred hores races during the season in Del Mar, and if you feel the urge to do a little gambling or see some shows, we are a short drive to the casinos too. Wineries are only a 30 minutes drive for a little wine tasting tour in Temecula. Drive south for concerts. Attend a beach picnic outdoor concert, the Woody car show in downtown Encinitas, there is always something going on to please all!

Response from the manager Thank you for your review. A few things are not accurate. And some i absolutely agree with in regards to cons. Anyone that has stayed will tell you that soaps, small wrapped soaps as well as liquid soaps are provided. Maybe a housekeeper forgot to put the bar soaps in, but there is still always liquid soap provided, it would not run out. Easily fixed with a call or text. We recently replaced the wheels on the heavy sliding doors, as well as the screens, which was after your stay. We have to do this about once or twice yearly due to the storms and ocean salt air, as they are metal. I will replace the wifi system, and most that have stayed ocean front, this is a problem when to close to the water. The deck is scheduled for replacement soon, it is needed. The hot tub: it is maintained and ready for use on arrival. We do not send people in to check it every day, disrupting your stay. You can easily add two chlorine tablets in the hot tub floater and check the ph for heavy use, or if staying a week or more, it will need a check. Most people want privacy, and not to have someone coming in and out when staying for less than a week, so we leave the contact phone number if something is needed or requested during the stay.
