Description

This is a beautiful completely remodeled bungalow style house with all the amenities. It is perfect for the family or a couple's get-away or even for the business traveler that enjoys a home environment vs a cold hotel room. The furniture in the home adds a nice warmth in a contemporary beachy style. Light the fireplace, open a bottle of wine, relax in the inside or outside spa or go on a bike ride and explore all the wonderful shops, restaurants and many attractions the area has to offer.

The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, the kitchen is fully equipped with eating utensils, plates, cups, cooking pans, mixers, a stove, oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. The house is setup with soft water and reverse osmosis in the kitchen. The home also offers a very fast WiFi connection (100mbps/100mbps) and has lots of parking for one-three cars.

The back patio is large enough for your dog to roam, to have BBQ's under the shade of the table with an umbrella or just relax under the gazebo, around the fire pit or in the hot tub. Or you can relax on the rocking chairs on the front porch, enjoy a beverage while people watching.

The bungalow is a very short walk to the beach or you can take out the bikes for a wonderful ride through downtown or along the beach bike trail.

Long Beach offers an amazing array of art galleries and museums, cafes and restaurants, unique shops, nightlife, theater, history, boating and every water activity. There is truly something for everyone here. Come relax, play and enjoy a wonderful home away from home.

How do damage deposits work?
