This spectacular home is a 3 minute walk from the beach, steps from the scenic bike path, and walking distance to Whaley's, voted one of the Top 25 Seafood Dives, by Coastal Living magazine.

This spacious paradise features a large, open Living/Dining/Kitchen combination, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining friends.

The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 half bath, an enclosed outdoor shower, and will accommodate up to 9 guests. 4th bedroom is located downstairs with separate entrance. Bed sizes include one king, two queens, one twin, and one bunk bed.

There is a large sundeck for relaxing, sunbathing, entertaining, and dinning. An additional screen porch provides a perfect spot for dinning or just relaxing with a beverage while enjoying the breeze.

The underneath carport area provides ample room for parking and entertaining. It is a perfect rental property for any family get-away.

Sorry, no pets allowed and home is non-smoking.
