Description

This is a newly redecorated two bedroom two bath condo and is very spacious. The bathroom by the master bedroom has just been totally renovated and is tiled from floor to ceiling and has a shower with a comfort level toilet.The living room and dining room wall is completely mirrored which provides a nice reflection of the ocean. You can step off onto a balcony just outside the living room and master bedroom. Both bedrooms have a king sized bed. The sofa lets out into a queen sized bed. The bedrooms each have a 36" LED Flat Screen TV. The living room has a large 42" LED Flat Screen TV, a CD player and a DVD player. The kitchen is totally redecorated with new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. A washer and dryer are furnished for your convenience. Free WiFi (Wireless Internet) is provided. This is a non-smoking condo.

We had a great time in this comfortable 2 bedroom unit 3044. The rooms were all clean and decorated nicely. The view is superb. The Phoenix 3 is very well maintained.
