Description

This well-designed contemporary beach house with three bedrooms and two baths sits on an acre of blissful privacy. This vacation rental is located in East Hampton NW woods, 4 miles from East Hampton Village and 1.5 miles from Sammy's Beach. Close enough to it all, yet removed enough to feel like you're on a real vacation.

The house features a large modern living area with high ceiling and fireplace, opening out on to a grand master deck with gas BBQ. Indoor / outdoor living, great for entertaining. The kitchen and adjacent dining room are connected to a sun-room/breezeway leading to an attached one car garage. There is a master bedroom with ensuite and and a fireplace on one wing of the house, the master bedroom has a view of the deck and grounds. The two guest bedrooms are on the other wing, one looking out on to the deck and ground. Lovely landscaping surrounds the grounds and a manicured stone pathway leads to the pool.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
