Description

Your apartment is a beautiful three bedrooms apartment with a special flair. On 85 square meters there is a living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a WC and two big balconies available.

The apartment in a prime location is situated in a grand building in Munich’s prestigious district of Bogenhausen, which can still be considered as a part of the building ensemble of the Prince Regent Square (Prinzregentenplatz). All shops and facilities for daily needs are within walking distance. The stations of the local public transportation (metro, tram and bus) are just a few meters away. It’s less than 100 meters to the underground station Prinzregentenplatz (U 4). The atmosphere at the Prince Regent Square with its many recreational opportunities such as the Prince Regent Theatre, the Prinzregentenbad, the English Garden and the galleries as well as the renowned quality of the restaurants nearby vouch for the continued appeal of this favored old Munich district.

The prestigious stucco old building is from the early last century and impresses with its beautiful facade. The apartment facing the quiet courtyard was completely renovated and decorated in a way to maintain the charm and character of this dignified old building. The apartment is equipped mainly with an old parquet floor and has some original stuccoed ceilings. Apart from a small inside shower bath there is also a separate WC. The practical fitted kitchen is open and equipped with a small kitchen counter. There are two balconies both of which are aligned to the west. The larger balcony is a bit more than 10 square meters and the smaller one is about 5 square meters in size.
