Upper Campsbay is a superbly designed multi-level self catering unit situated at the foot of Table Mountain and overlooking the breathtaking Camps Bay beach, Lions Head and the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range.
Free wifi, amazing large infinity rim flow pool and great hosts that love all sorts of sports activities from kiting, golf, cycling to adventure.
This piece of heaven is a short 5 minute drive from the fashionable Camps Bay beach strip and 15 minutes drive from the new Green Point Stadium, site of Cape Town´s 2010 Football World Cup matches. We look forward to welcoming you.
The Modern two level guest house is set away from the main house amid a beautifully landscaped garden. After entering through your private entrance your path opens up, through the lush garden to a spectacular ocean view from your own sun terrace and deck chairs to lounge on. Steps continue through the garden from your private terrace where you enter a large grass area and lavish rim flow pool, complete with floating day bed for plenty of pool side lounging.
Lower level: The entrance is on the lower level and opens up into a split level living area with modern cemcrete flooring. The kitchen is modern and fitted with premium German appliances for your convenience and pleasure. Food and beverages can be enjoyed out on the terrace or at the inside dining table. Taking 3 steps up on the lower level you have an open lounge area with spacious seating and a mounted large flat screen TV where you can enjoy anything from DSTV to MTV, movies and all the MNet Super Sports channels as well as a selection of over 300 movies on Apple-TV. And if TV is not your thing, the view is breath-taking from anywhere on the lower level.
The Upper Level: The steps then take you up to the bedroom, dressing room and bathroom level. The polished roof beams create an open and spacious feeling between the bedroom and dressing room area while the modern cupboard design provide privacy. A work surface is half unnoticed with its full internet access for those who need to catch up from time to time. The king sized bed backs the dressing area while facing outward over the magnificent Atlantic ocean view through the floor to ceiling windows.

The guest house is built at highest standards and fitted with mainly European imported appliances. It is wired with CAT5 Ethernet and the whole property has 12 Wifi-amplifiers throughout the main house, guest house, garden, pool/outdoor area and garage providing a strong high-speed Internet signal. Apple devices and hidden speakers allow guests to stream music and videos throughout the guest house which can be controlled from iPad, iPhone or any other Apple device connected to the house network.
Although Camps Bay is one of the safest places in Cape Town, the property is secured through an electric fence, wireless motion-sensor beams, 12 CCTV cameras, door and window sensors, an alarm system linked to armed response and security firm as well as private patrol company from 6pm until 6am every night.
NOTE: Please note that the Upper Camps Bay guest house as advertised on this property listing sleeps 2 persons in 1 en-suite bedroom. The main villa on the same property adds capacity of another 6 persons in an additional 3 bedrooms en-suite. If Robyn & Martin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
