NOTE: Vaccinated & Unvaccinated travelers with an approved negative Covid-19 pre-test taken within 72 hours of departure to Hawaii will NOT be subject to the 10-day quarantine, this applies to all travelers 5 years of age and older. Negative test results must be uploaded to the state website https://travel.hawaii.gov/#/ before boarding your flight.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS CONTAINING DATES FROM 12/20/21 THROUGH 1/1/22 ARE NON REFUNDABLE. BALANCES ARE DUE 120 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

Step 1. Thorough Standard Deep Clean of the unit, with additional guidance to staff for CDC compliance. Cleaning & Disinfecting with CDC recommended & EPA Approved, Hospital Grade Cleaners, and Disinfectants.

Step 2. Sanitization utilizing high powered UV-C light technology in all rooms.

Response from the manager Thanks for the nice review! When you open the doors on the lanai (including the door from the 2nd bedroom) the air shuts off as an energy saving measure. Wish we had known the renters were not familiar with this as we could have had them cool throughout the condo!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
