Landmark estate offers stunning vistas overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the island of Elba. The The Villa has a separate Guest House available for weekly rental. This newly renovated property sits atop a hill with majestic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The Estate is gated for privacy, with access limited to guests and property owners.

The estate's Guest House is a charming air conditioned studio apartment with sweeping view of the sea from the house as well as the Rooftop Terrace. Wi Fi is available indoors and outdoors. The house offers a top notch kitchen ideal for those who love to cook. It has a Five Burner Gas Cooktop, Electric Oven, as well as Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Freezer and Granite Countertop. The Laundry Room has a Washer and Dryer and the Bath has a Tiled Shower. The Living Room includes a comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa and a chair that converts into a Twin bed suitable for children or adults. The shaded garden area is ideal for relaxing on the teak patio furniture or napping on the chaise lounges. Outdoor wood burning barbecue grill and brick oven are at your disposal, table and chairs are available for dining al fresco.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Beatrice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
