Hale Nanea is in a perfect location to explore the beaches and sights of Hana. The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. Perfect for a family of four or a vacationing couple.

While close to all of the attractions, the cottage is located outside of town, providing peace and privacy. You can enjoy the tranquility of the cottage on the screened lanai. Surrounded by mango, papaya, banana, and tropical flowers. The cottage is well maintained by the owners. You will certainly enjoy this private getaway, far from the bustle of Waikiki.

Great location! .5 miles to Hana town (stores and restaurants) and 1.5 miles to the pristine beach of Hamoa. Haleakala National Park, 10 miles away--take a hike up through the bamboo forest or a swim in the famous 'seven pools'.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michelle (the owner) a message.

If Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
