Description
The luxury Residences , "Princes' Islands" have taken their name from the homonymous complex of islets laid out in front of them .
These small evergreen islets are known as the Prinkipponisa ( the Princes' Islands ) .
There are available SIX (6) INDEPENDENT RESIDENCES in our complex.
The Residences named 'Scorpios' , 'Scorpidi' , 'Sparti' and 'Madouri' are each 100 sq m , with two bedrooms , two bathrooms , living/dining room , double sofa bed , fully equipped kitchen and big verandas.
They are capable to accommodate up to seven ( 7 ) guests.
The Residences named "Tsokari" and “ Heloni “are each 50 sq m , with one bedroom , one bathroom , living/dining room with double sofa bed , fully equipped kitchen and very big verandas .
They are capable to accommodate up to four ( 4 ) guests.
All Residences are built, decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest standards.
Verandas are spacious with dining and relaxing outdoor lounge furniture where you can also enjoy an uninterrupted fantastic view.
Two large swimming pools (connected with gardens) with extra children pool, Jacuzzi, sun beds and umbrellas, waiting for you to relax.
You can sit by the pools of the complex or on the Residences' verandas and enjoy the view .
Also you can enjoy outdoors meals, in the fully equipped BBQs with Pergola, tables , chairs, sofa etc .
We offer all the comforts and needs for today s visitors. Wireless free Internet , Air conditioning , TV ( in all rooms ) , satellite TV , DVD player, CD player, Fireplace , Refrigerator , Freezer , Oven , Cooking top , Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster , Boiler , Multi mixer , Dishwasher, Washing machine, Iron, Ironing board, Hair dryer , Safe box in every residence etc.
Parking in private ground, just in front of the Residences .
Each Residence has a private ( individual ) burglar alarm .
The construction of the complex and surroundings was totally completed in 2015.
