The residence offers superior guest accommodation for both families and couples, modern furnishings and panoramic ocean views which deliver the ultimate Margaret River holiday experience year round. Toasty underfloor heating and instant ducted heating are delightfully warm in winter. A large entertaining terrace and canterlevered balcony provide stunning Indian Ocean sunsets as a backdrop to alfresco dining in summer. All the rooms are spacious and light and embrace minimalist concepts with tasteful designer furnishings and 5 star kingsize beds in all rooms donned with crisp white linen.

Owned by local artist and surfer, Ron Roozen, the house has a unique collection of Aboriginal art and paintings from Ron's personal collection. The Roozen Residence is situated in an exclusive enclave in Prevelly (Margaret River's only beach side village) which is only minutes away from the regions golf course, numerous surfing beaches, townsite and renowned Margaret River wineries and restaurants.

"Enchanted views of sunsets over the southern ocean. Sipping our favourite newly discovered wines on the deck, watching surfers ride the waves till dark. Walking down the small hill to the local cafe for the morning coffee, then to the point for a dip in the ocean. Though the house would be great for a family, we choose it as a very relaxing long weekend away from the kids."

You certainly experienced some unusually muggy weather, culminating in a magnificent thunderstorm, hailstones and drenching of rain, a climate more akin to a tropical destination than the standard mild Margaret River climate. The beach house architecture is solar passive, designed to welcome the daily afternoon sea breeze, natures own cooling system. After hearing your valued TripAdvisor comments we realise that no all guests wish to open windows, so we have happily added two additional cooling units for the second bedrooms. Unfortunately, the website you booked through only allowed us to tick "Airconditioning" (or not) whilst our direct website clearly states that there is air-conditioning in living areas only. We look forward to welcoming you, your family and friends to the beach house again with the guarantee of knowing there are individual cooling fans in each bedroom. Warm regards Karen and Ron
