Oceanfront 2-level home in an unbeatable location!
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two Bedrooms are situated on the 2nd floor, each with balconies that look out to the Pacific Ocean. You can count on a good nights rest, as the soft sounds of the waves lull you to sleep. The home comfortably sleeps 6.

The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances (coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, gas stove and dishwasher). There is dishware for 6 and many extras. For those who love to grill, the outside deck is equipped with a high quality Weber Barbeque. This home has a formal dining area and an outdoor bar with chairs if you'd like to take in the views while you dine.

Cozy up in the living room and watch a movie on our 50 inch Plasma TV with DVD, Blue Ray, HD cable and the ultimate surround sound speakers. These amenities provide a great movie watching experience!

High Speed Internet Access, Wifi is also included.

With “The Strand” just steps from the home's large deck, you can watch the surf and dolphins swimming by morning and take in a gorgeous sunset in the evening while relaxing in the Jacuzzi spa. If you've taken a stroll or have been sunbathing out on the sand, the home has an outdoor shower for a quick rinse. Beach towels and beach chairs are available for your stay we well. Enjoy a full view of the Pacific Ocean spreading from the Palos Verdes Peninsula all the way to Malibu and even Catalina Island off in the distance. Despite being so close to The Strand, the deck area and Jacuzzi are private, as the home is raised above the boardwalk.

The North end of Manhattan Beach has less foot-traffic than the Downtown Manhattan Beach area near the pier, though the rental comes with beach cruisers to get to that busier part of town in just minutes. The bikes are a great way to sightsee for miles North (Marina del Rey) and South (Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach Pier). Also within a quick stroll's distance are some of the best breakfast cafes, excellent restaurants, a cupcake specialty shop, local boutiques, hair salons and bars to grab a drink.

For those thinking of trying their hand on a surfboard, this is the spot-- known as one of LA county's best surfing waves. Surfboard rental is just a few blocks away if you decide to give it a try!
This area really has the best of both worlds... laid back beach living with all the charm and excitement for the perfect vacation experience.
