Description

Piccolo appartamento nel cuore del centro storico, su due livelli, completamente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche del posto.

E' sito in un piccolo edificio, in un ambiente ricercato esaltando la caratteristica del luogo.

La posizione è splendida: a pochi passi dalle alte mura della città con lo splendido scenario di Capo Caccia e immerso nel cuore del centro storico tra viottoli, archi , chiese, ristoranti e piccoli negozi.'

Con la ristrutturazione sono stati usati materiali di pregio, sia nei pavimenti che nelle rifiniture; il soppalco è in legno e le sue rifiniture sono in ferro battuto.

Ciò che lo caratterizza è il tetto completamente in legno, con le sue caratteristiche travi.

L'arredamento richiama lo stile sardo, come i vecchi mobili del posto.

Le finestre si affacciano su una via tranquilla che porta direttamente ai Bastioni e al mare.

Appartamento igienizzato. Per la pulizia di questo appartamento si usano prodotti ad alto potere igienizzante , Alcool 70%, candeggina, ammoniaca.

La biancheria da letto e da bagno é fornita da una lavanderia industriale certificata; lavata ad altissime temperature e disinfettata.

Cambio della biancheria al settimo giorno.

Alghero ha un servizio di raccolta rifiuti porta a porta. L'ospite deve seguire le regole imposte dal comune, conferendo correttamente i rifiuti negli appositi contenitori messi a disposizione, secondo gli orari del calendario presente in casa.

Non essendo presente un ascensore non é consigliato a persone che hanno difficoltà ad affrontare le scale.
