Vista dos Mares is a well-appointed, comfy home on the unspoiled Caribbean island of Vieques with gorgeous panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Our house sleeps 8 comfortably: 2 bedrooms/2 baths in the main house, a separate entrance 1-bedroom/1 bath garden apartment below, a separate entrance studio apartment/pool house with a full bathroom, all with views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Your rental can include the 1-bedroom apartment or not, as you prefer. Price is discounted for 3-bedroom only.

The highlight of Vista dos Mares is our swimming pool with extraordinary panoramic Atlantic Ocean views. The "coolest pool on the island", it is 30 ft. long, features underwater benches and a luxurious shallow 'beach area', where you can perch on your chaise lounge in the water and sip your drink looking out at the Atlantic Ocean. This is a great pool area for toddlers!

Our open and airy house is designed to combine indoor and outdoor living with 4 distinct patios: the pool area with an upper and lower deck, the garden bedroom walkway and a bi-level patio off the dining room. Each outdoor area has a dining table and chairs and is surrounded by beautiful flowering hibiscus and bougainvillea.

The house is air conditioning throughout , although the Caribbean breezes criss-cross through every room. VDM has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a Weber gas grill and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire property.

Other amenities include a large poolside wet bar, heated glass block outdoor shower, four Bose speakers around the pool area with an iPod deck located in the Studio, oversized hammock, outdoor "living room" on the deck off the dining room, satellite TV Flatscreen TV, DVD player, sunny indoor dining room with a table suitable for 8, all you'll need for elegant but casual dining, including wine and martini glasses, plates and utensils, cloth napkins, table mats and candles!

How do damage deposits work?

If Vista (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
