This Asheville home is 6 miles to Downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate, Breweries, Biking. Walk to Hiking. An affordable house in Asheville that sleeps 6! 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, located off the Blue Ridge Parkway, only 1 mile to highways. You will be the only ones staying in this home. Mountain views 9 months out of the year. Very private on wooded half-acre and just walk to the end of our street, cross the Blue Ridge Parkway and hop onto the huge trail system including the Mountain to Sea Trail with access to Folk Art Center and the Parkway Visitor Center on your hike. Sit out on the patio at night in front of the fire, or inside in front of the fireplace. Short drive to Builtmore, Downtown Asheville, Funky West Asheville, waterfalls where 'Hunger Games' was filmed, white water rafting, ziplines, golf and more. Some of the best restaurants and music in the country are to be found in this area.

Parking in the driveway - room for several cars. Reliable cab system or Uber or other car service will pickup and drop off from house. Bus system not easily accessible at this location though.

Interaction with guest

Interaction by phone, text, and email except when it is necessary to have maintenance or cleaners come the home for a pressing issue or emergency. I like my guests to feel that this is their home away from home and to give them the same privacy they would want at their own house.

“Wonderful vacation”

It was so easy to find the rental house. It looked welcoming from the very beginning and everything was clean and ready for us. We three couples each had our own bedroom and everyone was well pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the home. The owner had pamphlets and brochures for our perusal on local attractions and events. Linda was very prompt in answering any questions and even gave us a heads-up on the hurricane activity and assured us it was not close to this part of the state! We would come back again if in this area.

My husband and I along with our three children ages 16 to 25 enjoyed a three-night stay in this very Cozy home. The home was very clean and had a lot of amenities that you usually would not find in a rental. The owner was amazing very responsive to text messages and she added a lot of simple touches to make this a home away from home. The location is great because it is very private but within minutes you can find supermarkets get to downtown Asheville and many of the main attractions. I am very excited about going back and spending more time here I can't say enough about how great this place is.

“Peaceful & Serene”

One of the cleanest homes I have ever stayed in. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings--the scenery is so pretty! There were many extra touches that made staying there even nicer! The only minor thing, and it is so minor, I had to run to Walmart to buy a non stick frying pan. I could not find one. I tried the stainless steel one that is in the kitchen, but everything stuck to it. Again, it was not a big deal. Needed to run to Walmart anyway. Sorry, I brought the new pan home with me as I needed a new one too. So, maybe one for the house might come in handy for future guests. Other than that, the stay was perfect!! Enjoyed every minute!
