Welcome to the beautiful Florida Keys! We're Greg and Stevie (Stephanie) Bovee from Glenwood Springs, CO. We have a wonderful vacation rental in the Florida Keys that we would love to share with you.

Our 2 bedroom 2 story townhouse is located in the tropical resort of Kawama Yacht Club, Key Largo FL. Located at mile marker 100, an hour's drive from the Miami airport. This secure gated community has (shared) heated swimming pool, tennis courts, play ground, fishing jetty and deep marina. A saltwater lagoon just steps from our door with sandy swimming beach. The lagoon is stocked with an array of tropical fish, a perfect place to snorkel or practice your scuba diving skills. Just steps away is a heated swimming pool. It's an easy trip back to the fridge for a refill on that margarita. You'll find that the townhouse has all the comforts of home, but with a tropical twist. The area is famous for its snorkeling, diving, fishing, and swimming with the dolphins. Key West is just a a short 2 hour drive down scenic US-1.

A great place for kids!: There is no need to pack pool toys or sand toys...we've got 'em! We have a large selection of children's videos, games, crayons etc. The pool is directly outside of our townhouse, making it easy for Mom and Dad to take the kids to the pool. The Lagoon is also just steps away, and with it's sandy beach and gentle incline, kids can spend hours chasing minnows or building sand castles. There is a floating dock in the center of the lagoon which makes for a great destination. It's not uncommon to see folks learning to dive or practicing their diving and snorkel skills in the lagoon. The lagoon is an enclosed saltwater pond that is fed by the ocean and rises and falls with the tide. The lagoon has been stocked with colorful fish and sea life.

Water your kids-Watch them grow! Look no further. Feel confident with your choice at Our Kozy Key. We are close to many activities that your adventurous family may be looking for. You can kayak through the mangroves at Pennekamp State Park, visit an alligator farm in Homestead, Feed the Tarpon at Robbie's in Islamarada, Deep Sea fish, take a diving or snorkel tour, Swim with the Dolphins! The options are endless. Or...perhaps your idea of a tropical getaway is relaxing by the pool, snorkeling in the saltwater lagoon, sunning ocean side at the beach, a game of tennis or a BBQ on the deck, we've got you covered. There's no whining in the Keys!!!!

House rules

We are VERY strict about our 6 person limit. This INCLUDES day guest. Our guest pre-register and are checked through the secure guardhouse. Eviction WILL occur if this limit is breached.

Lessee must be at least 25yrs old and staying on property during the entire rental period.

Mattress protection is provided for those with young children. Please use it and don't jeopardize your deposit.

The townhouse was located right outside the pool and private lagoon which was perfect for traveling with small children. The place was clean and fresh smelling and the decor is bright and inviting as a beach house. There were more than expected amenities which made our stay as comfortable as being at home.

We enjoyed our stay in Cozy Key. Location concerning Miami, Everglades and Key West was very good and our kids spent a lot of time in the pool since lagoon water was rather cold. There were excellent restaurants nearby like Fishery, Pilot house and Mrs. Mac's Kitchen. It's a really nice place, I would come again.

We stayed at Stevie and Greg's for a week in april with our 2 children ages 7 and 12. Staying at a Condo was perfect for all members of the family! The pool was right outside our door step. We spent countless hours in the pool and lagoon looking at fish and playing! The lagoon is pretty special if you put on a snorkel mask and explore the tropical fish stocked there. It's a short walk to the marina and point where we saw dolphins one morning swimming into the marina! The condo is beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is brand new. Stevie goes out of her way to make sure everything is there you could possible need right down to bike helmets (there were 2) tennis rackets, and extra everything! We spent part of everyday at John Pennekamp State Park snorkeling. My 7 year old was better prepared for snorkeling on the reef because he spent every minute at the condo in the pool or lagoon practicing! We met 2 other families at the pool with kids of common ages and ended up cooking out with them several times poolside. There is a fish market up the road that sells the daily catch right off the boat perfect for grilling. The complex is also very secure. There is a guard on duty at the gate 24x7. The wifi worked great and the kids barely had time to use the 3 tv's in the condo (thankfully : ) We were able to print our boarding passes for the return trip right from the condo! What I liked least was having to go back to the north where there is still snow! But we promised ourselves we'd be back!

Decided at the last minute to celebrate my husband's birthday. Stevie quickly responded and two days later we were relaxing at a very comfortable beautifully decorated townhouse - right by the pool and the lagoon - very close to a fishery with delicious seafood choices as well as close to the grocery store.

My partner and I had an amazing time here! Lots of activities to do in the surrounding area; I would suggest a rental car. Unit was well kept and had all the essentials we needed. Would love to return. Thanks again!

The owners made us feel like guests staying with friends. The condo was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We had a nice view of the ocean, an excellent pool for swimming laps, a cozy beach and other facilities. There was no exercise room but I joined Froggies, a physical fitness center close by. We did have a minor plumbing issue but that was taken care of immediately and unobtrusively.

I highly recommend Our Kozy Key to families with young children. My children are ages 11, 5, and 1 and we all found lots to do together including playing/swimming in the pool and lagoon, feeding fish, and exploring the beach. Our Kozy Key was stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home!

If Stephanie and Greg (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
