“Great location and very comfortable with all the required amenet”

Reviewed 25 Jan 2012

On all of my annual visits to London, my wife and I have stayed in hotels, so staying in an apartment was a new experience - one which we certainly don't regret! The apartment was clean and well appointed with all the amenities needed for easy living (the largish separate laundry with washing machine and place to hang washing was particularly useful). The lounge room/dining room was more than adequate with a great flat screen TV, DVD and music system with Ipod docking. The only slight disappointment was that the cable TV options were limited, but that was a relative minor. The greatest selling point with this flat was the location- close to shops, tube, restaurants and the west end. What more could one want. The booking arrangements and all-round service from the agents, home from home, was excellent with no hitches. I would definitely want to stay there again on future visits and would highly recommend it to all and sundry.Gary, Melbourne, Australia.

“Fantastic apartment”

Having lived in London before moving to australia, Newton st is well located and has everything you could ask for as a home from home. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Cyril was great meeting us and taking us back to Eurostar station. Sharon Olsson

“An attractive and relaxing place to stay.”

We were met at King's Cross and taken directly to our flat. When we entered we found an attractive arrangement of rooms, with a splendid view that stretched from St Paul's to Westminster. (A London friend who dropped in was ecstatic, saying that that was the kind of place where he would like to live!) The kitchen is efficient, the bathroom convenient. What was particularly striking were the prints on the walls -- all first rate. From there we were able to walk to the British Museum and Library, The Courtauld Institute, Sir Joan Soanes Museum and the theatre district; while the tube was just two blocks away. We had a pleasant break.

Perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

“Great Location”

Reviewed 4 Jan 2011

Pleased with the size and comfortability of apartment. Elevator needs work but is a much better than stairs. View was fantastic! Situated within a block of Sainsbury's and Holborn Station and many ethnic restaurants. Enjoyed amenities of widescreen TV and WiFi. Good selection of 'travel' books and good info provided in information book by owner.

Response from the manager Thank you so much for your positive feedback :) Wishing you a fantastic 2011! Kind regards, Home from Home
