Description

Picture perfect downtown location. Contemporary flavor two bedroom, two bath newly decorated property. This sophisticated home has the traditional feel of Santa Fe with brick and wood floors and beautiful vigas but it also offers a beautiful setting with light and comfort. From the off street parking, you enter down the steps to a lovely front patio with fountain. This area enters into the main living area of the home.

The living room opens to the dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a comfortable sitting area with sofa and two leather chairs to enjoy watching the flat screen TV or simply reading by the fireplace or listening to your favorite music.

The kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counters. Nothing has been overlooked to create a gourmet feast. Off the kitchen are French doors to the walled in, private rear patio with BBQ for your outdoor dining.

The two bedrooms are down the hall off the living area. The guest bedroom offers twin beds with a hall bath and shower. The master bedroom offers a king suite with full bath and large closet. - OWNER HAS SEVERE ALLERGIES TO CATS AND HORSES.
