Su un terreno di 20.000 metri che sfocia in una piccola baia di proprietà , 2 case vicine, in pietra locale, collegate da un patio sul quale è posta una vasca idromassaggio. Di nuova costruzione , dalle finestre, dal patio, dai terrazzi delle camere si vede solo terra e mare. Le case distano soltanto 2 Km dall'aereoporto, l'unico rumore è quello del vento e del mare. Occore avere un mezzo per gli spostamenti: il supermercato ( piccolo ) e i ristoranti più vicini sono a 1800 metri di distanza, mentre Pigaddia, la capitale , è a 15 Km e Arkassa a 9 Km . villa Sofia1 ha 2 camere ( con aria condizionata con bagno e terrazzo . Cè poi un living con cucina a vista, un divano letto e un bagno ospiti, senza doccia, ripostiglio con lavatrice, grande patio. Nel 2016 è stata terminata la piscina di 5 per 10 metri , che è utilizzata soltanto dagli ospiti delle 2 ville della stessa proprietà, su una piattaforma attrezzata con lettini, doccia solare , zona pranzo e relax. Entrambe le ville sono totalmente Green e l'elettricità è fornita da pannelli solari e batterie di ultima generazione. C'è anche un generatore in caso di necessità, Per questo lavatrice, ferro da stiro, forno, aria condizionata, tutto ciò che consuma molta corrente va usato il giorno, dalle ore 10,00 alle 17/18,00.
