FEATURES: Oceanfront and oceanside condominium complex. Offering 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with oceanfront, oceanside and ocean view units. Swimming pool, tennis courts, park grills, outside showers. Most units have in-room jacuzzi and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are front peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 2 and 4 are back oceanfront “peg” lots. Buildings 6, 7 and 8 are second row. No pets.
2 BR, 2 B. Q * B (S up, D down w/S trundle). Island Club linen service with beds made. MBR has ocean views and Jacuzzi soaking tub. Sweeping views from the open living area which includes a wet bar, premium quarts countertops and ceiling fans. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 flat screen TVs, 3 DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access, free unlimited long distance in the US, water purifier. Oceanfront with direct beach access and just steps from the sand. Covered porch and comfortable deck furniture. Fireplace not available for guest use. Available year-round. No smoking. No pets.

We did have more reports of ants and other pests this year due to the warm winter we experienced. Our after hours maintenance number is for emergencies, but when a message is left they will be sure to call you back and schedule whatever maintenance or housekeeping which needs to be done. Our properties are sprayed regularly to keep pests at bay, but from time to time an additional treatment is needed. We are happy to schedule this for you or provide you with ant spray if you prefer to not have the whole condo treated during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback.
