“A great place.”
A nice, relaxing and quite home close to the ocean. Views of the ocean from all the balconies. A cozy spot to relax when you are worn out from the beach.

“Great view for second row house”
House was exactly what the pictures portrayed. Quiet area, great beach access. Outdoor shower very nice. Nice access to decks from both levels. Parking adequate. Furnishings adequate.

Response from the manager Update: The owners have added a boardwalk at the bottom of the stairs in front of the house for easier access. Update - November 4, 2011: The owner of this home has asked me to let you know that what you thought to be poison ivy/oak is actually a plant indigenous to our area and isn't poisonous at all. He often cuts this back so it isn't cumbersome for guests. Original response - June 17, 2011: Thank you for your review of your stay at Sea Scan. I'm pleased to know that you and your group enjoyed your time at this house. I have notified our maintenance department about the poison ivy/oak which you mentioned. Someone will be going down to investigate this. Thank you again for your review. I hope you'll revisit Emerald Isle and choose Emerald Isle Realty when booking your vacation home.
