Description

The apartment is located above the Viktoria Shopping Center opposite the train station and right next to the Gornergrat railway station, the gateway to ski and hiking paradise. The shopping center on the ground floor of the building has various shops incl a Coop grocery store, sport shop with ski rental, souvenir shops and a restaurant.

The apartment has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and sleeps 4. It is equipped with a flatscreen HD TV, Blueray DVD Player, Wireless Hi-Fi speaker, printer, Mini iPad, free WLAN and is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine).

Gornergrat is one of those places that everyone should visit at least once in a lifetime.The Gornergrat railway station, the gateway to the Matterhorn ski paradise, is only 50m away from the apartment.

Interaction with guest

We do not live in Zermatt, the keys are deposited in the Restaurant Viktoria Nuovo in the ground floor of the apartment building. You can always call us if you need help with anything, the concierge is there in case you need anything.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
