The beach house maintains the natural form of the hill in a simple and rustic ambiance. Some people say they feel the hill and the ocean view hugging them in a nice and cool design, so they can get relaxed.
The house location is great for people who prefer more independence and being at their own rythm. The bigger view of the beach house, in a high place of the second row makes it better. 90m from Las Pocitas Beach. At the same time, it is easy to be at the shore due the access is in front the property. To get to the house you have to climb an ascending path of 80m and two flights of stairs.
Many tourists traveling in search of the top destinations of South America need to take a rest of adventures and stay in the house to recharge energies; normally after their travel to Macchu Picchu or before going to Ecuator. Most of them are happy to cook enjoying the day in a simple way.
I feel very happy to see a family reunion at the house, hoping a never ending time at Las Pocitas Beach. I am focus on helping in all i can.
