“Wonderful”

Reviewed 4 Jul 2013

We were a party of 9 and everybody had something to do in this house, never bored.. Loved the pool, hot tub, spices in the kitchen and above all the serene view from the backyard at different time of the day. Will definitely stay there again..

“Amazing view from the porch/hot tub”

Reviewed 3 Apr 2013

This cabin is great! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on two floors which makes it easy to have a different rhythm (getting to bed and getting up in the morning)... especially if you're there with kids. We had a blast... the hot tub and the view from the porch are beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need and we also enjoyed a lovely movie evening with the huge flat screen and DVD player in the living room. The only thing that would make the experience perfect is if they had wifi in the house and some more blankets... especially in the winter?!

“Good location, could use some TLC”

Reviewed 18 Mar 2013

This was a nice rental cabin, great location in Tahoe Keys, very close to casinos, lake. The rental company needs to go in and inspect the place, though. The TV/DVD/AV receiver wires were all messed up and we could not watch DVD movies, as advertised. They could also add more towels. The décor could definitely use some updating. However, the cabin was clean and well maintained otherwise. Everyone at the Tahoe Rental Connection was very nice. I spoke with a couple different girls when I was reserving it and they were very accommodating to allow a late check-out (as long as no one was checking in that day). However, on the day of check-out, when I called, "Stacy" was very strict about the rules and not nearly as flexible as the other staff members I had spoke with. Overall, very happy with this place.

“Good Experience”

Reviewed 14 Mar 2012

The house was in good condition. Very spacious and comfortable. The TV was an issue, very big and noisy. Even when it was put on stand by it was very noisy. I could have turned it off from the Power Switch but i didnt want to mess with it too much. Also we were required to clean everything in the instructions but still charged a big cleaning fee. Kind of confusing.

“Nice place overall”

Reviewed 11 Jan 2012

Everything was nice and clean. The goods: -Has a hot tube -cable tv -a pool table -sound system for the TV (was really nice for movie nights) The bads: -only 2 usable cues for the table and 1 of the 2 was almost broken. The other usable on was missing the tip. -No wireless internet (can be a good thing if you don't want your family on the computer all day. But bad because if you need to find stuff online, you have no internet besides your smart phone. Especially if you don't know the area.) -One side of the be on the top master bedroom is worn out. Was not comfortable to sleep on cause of the down slump. Overall, this is a nice place to stay. And I would recommend it for family or small group stay. The only other thing to note is that the fire place is not a real fire place and it goes off the thermostat (which there are 2, one for the fireplace and 1 for the house heater and they are not labeled but the one closest to the front door with the instructions on how to get the fire place to start is the house heater.) Not really a con so I noted it here instead.

“Misleading location”

Reviewed 26 Aug 2011

Tallac Lake is a joke, nothing more then a green slimy swamp. We live 500 miles away and knew nothing of Lake Tallac. It was advertised as a Tahoe Keys location, but the "lake " is blocked from Lake Tahoe. There is a dock but there is no launch even if you wanted to put a boat in, I sent an e-mail prior to booking and asked if there was a dock and was told there was a dock, No other details were offered. Pictures of the property showed a bunk bed in one of the rooms, there was no bunk bed, it would only sleep 8 not 9. The fridge leaked water all week on to the floor and was rusty at the base, it must of been leaking for a long time. Tahoe Rental connection did provide a boat slip for us to use but it was 75 yards down the street and across traffic. We were offered half our cleaning deposit back($65.00) for our disappointment. I believe this property was not worth the $2300 we spent for the week. I will not be using Tahoe rental connection again.

“So So Stay”

Reviewed 1 Apr 2011

The people at Tahoe Rental Connection were very friendly. However, they did not tell us until after we had come to the office and paid for it that we couldn't check in for another 2 hours. Finally when we got into the house, which was supposed to be on the water, we realized that the marina was frozen over and covered in snow. Might as well have been a snow covered parking lot. We wouldn't have paid extra money to be on the water had we been told that. Furthermore, we paid for a hot tub which was at 55 degrees upon our arrival. We couldn't even use it the first night of our 2 night stay. The decor was dated and there were ants in the bathroom. Good sized house, nice pool table, and I'm sure it is beautiful when the marina isn't frozen.

“Excellent”

The house was perfect and we had a blast. The Kitchen, Grill, Pool table, Hot tub, the View...well to sum it all up, t was just perfect! I would reccomend this house to anyone who is looking to have a great time and stay in a beautiful house

“Peaceful View”

Reviewed 29 Nov 2010

I have stayed at this property several times and really enjoyed it. Although it faces Venice Drive, the rear of the house has a peaceful view of a river and trees on the other side. As a result you feel you are really in Tahoe. The backyard has a nice deck, hot tub, and boat dock. The inside is very nice too with a pool table and plenty of living space. I have used Tahoe Rental Connection for about 15 years and have been very pleased with their service. They are a first class organization.
