Quiet northeast beach apartment just 200 ft across the road to the beach crosswalk- Ground level unit. Great for a couple. Sleeps 2. Fully furnished. Kitchen/Living room combination, one bedroom (king bed) and one bath. Wifi. Front and back entrance. One parking space. No smoking in unit and no pets. Beautiful beach with good fishing & swimming- Tybee is a great bike riding community (The whole Island is only 3miles) However, The Island provides affordable stretch golf cart taxi services for $3pp anywhere on the Island. We are a locally owned & family operated company. We are also walking distance to Sundae Cafe, the best restaurant on the Island for lunch & dinner!! The Lighthouse & Museum are also just a short few blocks away. 1/2 to 2 blocks to other restaurants, shops, atm, pharmacy, convenience store, gas station and laundry mat. Come stay with us & enjoy our common outdoor patios, grills, & sitting/ tiki area. * Must be 25 to rent & staying in the property-No parties-Major Credit Card & our signed Rental Agreement required upfront with payment.. Please print out when making reservation, then fill out completely, sign and send back asap.

How do damage deposits work?

If Pat (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
