3 BR + Loft / 3 BA - (K, Q, Bunk, 2S) -Sleeps 8 - Gather your family together and enjoy this wonderful home just across the street from the beach. An added bonus is a private swimming pool right in the back yard! Each room is loaded with windows for lots of sunlight and views of the ocean. The central area of this home contains the living, dining, and kitchen. There are two screen porches that face Palmetto Blvd with ocean views, as well as an open deck. There are 2 full hall bathrooms(one with a tub/shower combo, the other, a sit down shower) and 3 bedrooms on this floor. The master bedroom contains a king size bed and a private bath with a 2 sink vanity and a tub/shower. This bedroom opens onto a screen porch with ocean views. A short hallway behind the living area leads to the two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a set of bunks. These bedrooms overlook the pool in the backyard. All of these bedrooms have a TV. A living area spiral staircase leads to a open loft area with 2 singles (no TV). The loft has a large picture window with amazing ocean views! There is an inside staircase that leads to a lower level with the laundry room. This downstairs area opens onto the beautifully landscaped pool at the back of the house and a nice screened area on the front. This home is located in a great spot on Edisto.
