4BR / 3BA (King, Queen, Queen, Double, Sleeper) - Sleeps 10 - A classic Edisto beach front cottage tht has been updated but left all beach cottage charm. The home has excellent ocean views from the Great Room and only a few steps to the sand. This home has a small entry foyer from Palmetto Blvd. The washer and dryer are located in this hallway. Walking down the hallway you will find a door on the left - hall bath rub/shower. The 3 doors on the right are to bedrooms. 1st Room has a queen bed. Another bedroom has a double. A 3rd bedroom and private bath(tub/shower) is beside the living/dining areas which are centrally located in the home. This bedroom has a queen size bed. A nice kitchen is adjacent to the great room towards the front the street. The living room has an open floor plan, but the rustic floors of a classic beach cottage. There is direct access from the Great Room to a sundeck sitting right on the beach! A short hallway from the Great Room leads to the 4th bedroom that has a King size bed and wonderful ocean views. This hallway also has a full bath(tub/shower). The Great Room features a wall of windows overlooking the beach and has plenty of room for dining, watching TV or just watching the waves. This property has everything you need for a great vacation on Edisto Beach.

We will certainly share your concerns with them. This property is one of the older beach cabins on Edisto. While the floors are not level because of settling over the years there are no structural issues. In the future if you are experiencing cleaning or maintenance issues please call our office. We will do our best to correct the issues for you. “Beware Spiders and Mold”
