3 BR / 2BA (Q, D, 4S) -Sleeps 8 - Nestled in the middle of the Ocean Villa building this 3 bedroom unit's entry is just 4 steps off the ground for easy access. Ocean views from the living area and your own boardwalk to the front of the building. The "Ocean Villas" started off as a the only bed n' breakfast and is now divided into 5 apartments. #5's front door is facing the side parking area. There are two entrances both leaking into bedrooms. The door on the left leads into a queen room with a connecting door to the great room. The unit has a Great Room (combined living, dining, and kitchen area - no dishwasher & no microwave). There is a full bath(tub/shower) adjacent to the kitchen. Next to the living area is a walk-thru bedroom with 3 twin beds. This bedroom opens into another bedroom with a double and a twin bed. There is a private bath adjacent to this bedroom(shower only). This room also has a exit door. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. The kitchen also exits to the outside and the boardwalk to the beach. This property has carpeting in the great room and bedrooms. “Great”
Stayed at this rental last year. It was great. Right on the beech and they had grills right outside for the family and friends.

We will certainly share your concerns with them. If we know a guest is experiencing problems with any item we can have them replaced ASAP. In the future, please notify us immediately of any problems you are experiencing so we can take care of them. We provide a Maintenance Agreement in each Arrival Packet so a guest has a handy way to list any deficiencies or maintenance problems that a house may have. Please know we appreciate your business and stand behind our promise to have issues resolved as quickly as possible for our guests. When booking your next stay please speak with a reservation staff member and we will do our best to help you select a home that might be more satisfactory for you. This property is one of the oldest on Edisto and is priced to reflect that.
