The "Ocean Villas" started off as a the only bed n' breakfast and is now divided into 5 apartments. #4's front door is facing Palmetto Blvd. The sleeping area is to the front of room with kitchen and bath in the back. There is a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and a full bath (tub/shower). The kitchenette has a stove, fridge, with dishes and pots and pans. Micowaves are not allowed in this property. The unit has a window AC/with heat, CATV, Shared beach side grilling area. Large shared beachside deck. And then just steps to the beach!

Place was pretty clean-ish, had a few towels and linens provided but they were stained so we used our own. Wouldn’t recommend bringing kids as it is very small but there is a pull out sofa bed. … More

Response from the manager Please know that Edisto Realty appreciates your business. This property is one of the oldest on Edisto and is priced accordingly. The particular unit is a one room efficiency. We are sorry that you did not feel comfortable using the shared deck on the beach side of the property. The guest's in all units are made aware of the fact that this is a shared deck. All of the properties on our rental program are under contract with an exterminating company. They are sprayed on a quarterly basis. We can also call on them to respray if a guest has an issue while in the property. When booking your next stay please speak with a reservation staff member and we will do our best to help you select a home that might be more satisfactory for you.
