2BR / 2BA (K, K, SS) With outstanding views of the Plantation Golf Course and a short walk to the Restaurant and the Golf Shop will makes Palmetto Walk #335 a perfect stay. The entry hallway leads right into the dining and living great room. The kitchen with all updated appliances and granite counters has a window that faces the parking area. There is a wall of windows with a middle slider in the living area which leads to the covered porch. Plenty of comfortable deck furniture to sit and enjoy watching the golfers. The master bedroom with a private bath also has a slider to the covered deck and views of the golf course. The guest bedroom (window faces the parking area) is off the entrance hallway with a connecting bath to the great room (stall shower). Bed and Bath linens and Departure Cleaning are included. No motorcycles / trailers / RVs / Golf Carts allowed. No Elevator Access. No Smoking, No Pets. Nightly Rentals are available, please call for rates and dates. A very nice 1st floor villa Ocean Ridge is a 300-acre golf/recreation resort located on the southern end of Edisto Beach. Recreation amenities (3 pools, workout room, Beach Cabana (restrooms, showers), bike rentals, water sports) are available to all resort guests for a Amenity Fee. Ocean Ridge Beach Cabana is located in the 2000 block of Palmetto-look for blue mail box- with parking allowed on Palmetto Blvd. Also every cross street has a beach access point with parking on the street.
