3BR / 3BA (K, Q, 2S) - Sleeps 6 - 1st floor unit - Edisto's only villas that are conveniently located across Palmetto Blvd and back one row from the beach, with easy beach access via a private walk. Enjoy the tree top views and maybe a peak of ocean from the covered deck. The great room greets you as you enter. The living area even has sliding doors to the covered deck. The open kitchen, with a breakfast bar, and the dining area, are flooded with sunlight. The master bedroom is adjacent to the great room. This bedroom has a king size bed, TV, private bath with a 2 sink vanity. Doors open onto the covered deck, with seating. The hallway next to the kitchen contains the washer/dryer and leads to 2 more bedrooms. The queen bedroom (no TV) is on the right and opens into a bath with a shower. This bath is also accessed from the hallway. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds(with TV) and a private bath with a tub/shower.
Enjoy relaxing ocean sounds, sea breezes, and limited ocean views from the comfortable covered deck. The Retreat Villas are located at the northern end of the beach, convenient to the grocery store, restaurants, and gift shops. Private, gated community. Sheets, towels and departure cleaning are included. No smoking. No pets. Full week rentals available year round, with shorter stays available when possible.
