The first floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 baths. The bedroom facing Palmetto Blvd has 2 queen beds. The bedroom facing the Sound has a queen, a private bath(with shower), and opens onto a covered deck beach side. There is a 1/2 bath under the stairs and a full hall bath (tub/shower). A hallway on the left side of the unit leads to a screen porch and open deck area with great views. Both bedrooms on this floor have a TV. The staircase to the 2nd floor is in the entrance foyer. The 2nd floor or top level contains the great room(living, dining, and kitchen) and a master bedroom. There is a queen size bed in this room, a TV, and private bath with a shower. There is a wall of glass with outstanding water, beach and sunset views. The kitchen is tucked behind the dining area and faces Palmetto Blvd. Off the great room is a screen porch with stairs that will take you right down to the beach.
