3BR + Sleeping Porch / 1.5BA - Sleeps (3D, S, SS) - Sleeps 9 - Classic beach cottage across the street from the beach. Sit in the the sunroom in a rocking chair and enjoy views of the ocean! This is smaller home, perfect for a family or couples. There is a open front deck on the house as well as a small sceen porch on the back. The sunroom of this home includes the one single bed in the house. This area opens to the living/dining areas. The kitchen is located on the right side of the house at the back. There is a full bath(tub/shower combo) behind the dining area and a 1/2 bath to the left of the dining/living area. The three bedrooms (2 at the front - Palmetto Blvd) and one at the back each have a double bed. There are no TV's in the bedrooms.
No Smoking/ No Pets /No Bed & Bath Linens. Security Deposit or non-refundable Damage Waiver, Optional Departure Cleaning and Optional Travel Ins. are available. This home rents for weeks only during June-July-August. Call Edisto Realty for rates and available dates.

“Sleepy Hollow”
Perfect! I had to ask the rental folks to fix a plumbing issue and they were on it. House is homey and right across from the ocean.

Response from the manager Thank you for comments. Yes, this is an older home that joined our rental program at the beginning of the summer. The owner knows that more work needs to be done and has plans to address many items over the winter. I agree the screen porch and the view are outstanding.
