The perfect home to bring a large family plus friends for a memorable vacation on Edisto. Amenities for "Sea Boy" include plenty of parking, a nice area under the house for relaxing and cooking out, a grill, outside sink, enclosed outside shower, 2 picnic tables, built in seating, and your own private walkway to the beach! You enter this home from a covered porch facing Point St into the large kitchen, dining, and living areas. A covered porch and open deck areas surround the living/dining/kitchen area with open extra seating in the extended living area, surrounded by windows and facing the beach. There are 2 bedrooms on each side of the great room. The back left bedroom (facing Point St) has a queen size bed and a private bath(shower only). The left front bedroom has a king bed, private bath(tub/shower) and opens onto the deck facing the Sound. The right back bedroom has a bunk and queen. The right front has a queen, a private bath (tub/shower) and opens onto the deck. There is a full hall bath on this side of the house (shower only). A staircase from the living area leads to a large den with lots of seating, TV, game table. This den opens onto a 2nd floor covered porch and sun deck with incredibe views. Response from the manager Please know that Edisto Realty appreciates your business. any time you arrive at a home and discover cleaning issues please let us know. We will be happy to send the cleaning crew to take care of the problems. This property is on a pest control service contract with a local exterminating company and sprayed on a quarterly basis. We would have been happy to have them come out to respray had we known there was an issue. once again we appreciate your business and stand behind our promise to have issues resolved as quickly as possible for our guests.
