“Lots to Love”

Reviewed 18 Feb 2015

Our condo with penthouse afforded us lots of room and comfort. On the third floor you will be carrying everything you bring into the condo up three flights of stairs. We did have help with luggage, but there are numerous trips up and down with groceries. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were not. Everything else was great including an ample supply of bottled water. Our best night was a gourmet grilled meal around the penthouse table. The food was great with ample room. There's a hot tub up there as well. Yes, this area is another flight up so bringing food, dishes and drink calls for team work. Our contact person, Mr Roger, was incredible and very patient. We had a misunderstanding with directions and Mr Roger saved the day for us. He went above and beyond the call of duty on a number of occasions. The location is close to downtown Tulum and a great grocery store, but a bit of a drive to the beach.

“Wonderful Stay!”

Reviewed 8 Apr 2014

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It was spacious and stylishly furnished - modern with really nice bathrooms. Roger, from Moskito, met us at the condo, showed us around and was super helpful. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioner works good. Most importantly, the location is great. This is the first time we have gone to the beach and not stayed beachfront. We were so close it didn't matter though. Plus, the surroundings are so beautiful at Zama Village and the vibe of the area is so relaxing and Bohemian you can't help but to just disconnect from your own pace of life and slow down and take it all in. The pool is gorgeous and the thatch roof balconies are beautiful. We loved the roof top and the bikes. I would advise other guests to have a meal at Zamas on the beach and at La Luna. Both were sooo good! We hung out one day at anya Jose, and it was simply amazing. Only beach club we found with a pool. Tulum and Coba ruins were both interesting, but We enjoyed the Tulum ruins the most. Hire a guide. We had Martin - well worth the extra money...And lastly, the whole reason you are there to start with - the Tulum beach is amazing!

“Absolutely wonderful!”

My husband and I stayed here for a fabulous 3 and half weeks. The condo is in a development called aldea Zama, which is brand new and beautiful. The condo was plenty big and very comfortable for the two of us and we loved the roof top views of jungle and stunning pool. Moskito Riveria Maya also made this trip so perfect, Laura was accommodating, polite and extremely helpful as we planned our trip. She set up our car rental and airport transfers both ways. Our minds were at ease, because we knew Laura was taking care of our trip details due to her prompt responses. Once we arrived at Zama village, Roger from Moskito met us and explained everything we needed to know about condo and development. He also provided us with a Mexican phone, that was a great surprise. Overall, the whole trip went smoothly and Moskito is appreciated for it's attention to our needs before and during trip. Good ideas if you rent here...Rent a car, shop at Chedraui (they have atm's too), and treat yourself to breakfast at Piedra Escondida (a beautiful cove beach)
