This 3 bedroom villa has real character and is a well loved second home, built in 2010 and in excellent condition throughout.

10 mins Drive to Grande Anse BeachGrand Anse Beach is the most famous on the island, white sand and a variety of bars and resorts along it's edge and only 10 minute drive away from The Tower. The owners personal favourite Morne Rouge Beach is a similar drive, perhaps a few minutes further down the coast but much less commercial and perfect for swimming.

Master Bedroom Close to PoolThe main bedroom is a spacious uncluttered space adjacent to the pool and exterior dining and cooking space. The master has an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. The windows and doors are louvered welcoming in the refreshing sea breezes.

Twin Bedroom & Newly Added Third BedroomThe second bedroom, laid out as a twin and perfect for children has an en suite wet room and air conditioning. The newly added third bedroom is another light and airy space, with a double bed, en suite walk in shower and a separate en suite WC & wash basin and air conditioning.

The decor is modern, simple and uncluttered. The rooms are curvaceous and charming, a really cosy and unique feeling for guests of all ages to experience.

The internet is good though so streaming of movies to Laptop or iPad works for us very well - guests need to bring their own devices - Laptop, iPad there is no physical TV in the property.

Outdoor Games AreaOutside the second bedroom is an outdoor play area, covered so perfect for kids to cool off in the shade and play table tennis. There is also a relaxing hammock for guests to enjoy The lush green tropical gardens surrounding the house are well established and beautifully cared for.

Ideal LocationHighly convenient for the airport, main beaches and downtown St Georges (all 15 minutes drive); the Tower is also located just a 5 minute drive from a couple of nearby smaller resorts and beaches, eg Le Phare Bleu, Woburn Harbour, Mangrove Hideaway, Bel Air Plantation.

The closest beach & resort with bar, restaurant, minimart & pool is Le Phare Bleu - just a 5 min drive down the hill.

Marian is a very friendly village, it has a tiny shop, a bar and a barber shop.

Car Hire would be recommended here.

Private 22ft Swimming PoolThe rectangular swimming pool is 22 ft long x 5ft deep and ideal for kids to play in or adults to keep cool. A counter current offers a good excuse for exercise and a few laps. Surrounded by sun deck and offering outstanding views down to the ocean this pool area also has a BBQ, cool box and outdoor kitchen which presents guests with an ideal outdoor dining and sundowner venue.

Spiral Staircase & Al Fresco rooftopThere is a charming spiral staircase around the outside of the tower up to the lookout, an ideal position to enjoy the stunning views and cool breezes, and an outdoor additional sleeping space for adventurous guests. Due to the style of this villa, the open air quality, the spiral staircase and pool the owners would not recommend the villa for a family with children under the age of 10 years.

Kitchen Bar Central to the Villa on the Pool DeckThe kitchen is beautifully located on a central plinth overlooking the pool It is protected by the verandah. The kitchen places you right at the heart of the property - just close to the dining area and pool with vast panoramic views all around so you can chop vegetables who gazing out across the view. The first very unit is a dishwasher and the last unit next to the kitchen is a BBQ so BBQing at The Tower is really really easy and convenient.

The wall tiles in the master bathroom are a glorious iridescent red glass mosaic, the floor tiles are a cream coloured natural stone pebble mosaic, the shower is an Aqualisa thermostatic power shower using solar heated water with a Hanse Grohe head/handset, the WC and Basin are Happy D Duravit fittings as are the accessories vanity cupboard, illuminated mirror, soap, toothbrush holder, toilet paper holder, tower rails, there is also a hand spray (bidet spray) by the WC. All lighting lighting is by "Hunza" in copper.

Housekeeping Monday-FridayThe villa housekeeper, Ingrid, is available from Monday-Friday and additional days if the guests are happy to pay an additional charge. Ingrid will greet guests on arrival and show you around the villa. The villa is well stocked with basic groceries and the owners would be grateful if guests could replenish these before the
