Description

Remodeled in March of 2014, our Cozy (non-smoking, no pets please) condo is located on the beach and is beautifully decorated, just a great place to chill and relax,It is located in Building 3 on the second floor steps from the elevator and from a large pool. It can sleep up to 6 persons(MAX 4 ADULTS). It has 1 private bedroom, 1 bath, along with two bunkbeds (suitable for children ) and a leather sofa lounger. It is designed for maximum comfort! It includes linens, blankets,Stainless steel refrigerator and stove, a microwave,a coffee pot, towels,rugs and includes memory foam toppers on all beds including the Sofa Lounger. We also have a DVD player with a few movies., bring some of your favorite movies if you wish.

Our condo offers everything that you would wish for while on vacation. All bedding makes for excellent sleeping after a full day in the sun! A full sized kitchen which includes all of the plates, glasses,bowls, cups and cooking tools you require for a home cooked meal while on the road. We also offer complimentary coffee,creamer, filters, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. The living room has comfortable furniture for relaxing. Your Condo has two wall mounted Flat Screen TV's, one Smart TV in the bedroom and one 32" in the living room. Last, but certainly not least is an excellent balcony with comfortable seating so you may sit and relax while overlooking the Corpus Christi bay and beach. 4 chairs with a table so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean view.

The Condo community has 24 hr security and it is a gated complex, it has two full sized swimming pools, and one kiddie pool. One of the pools is heated during the cooler winter months. There are 3 covered BBQ areas, and plenty of parking. Ice machines located in building 2.

There are coin-operated washer and dryers on each floor of the buildings.

Corpus Christi boasts of World Class Kite Surfing, World Class Fishing, and excellent shopping, bars, and restaurants. Villa del Sol Condominiums are located on the North Beach and with a short walk on the beach you will find quality restaurants, bars, and shopping. Villa del Sol is an older complex and going through renovations..please expect to see adjustments taking place along with areas that are still in need of repair. With that...I guarantee you will forget any outside eyesores once you walk into my condo.The views and interior décor will transform your initial impression of the overall complex.

You and your travel companions will marvel at the beauty and splendor of the Texas Gulf Coast. Come relax on the Beach, enjoy the Sun, and Ocean, but enjoy your stay in a true HOME away from home in this Tropical Blue Getaway located right on the beach!

Overall it was Ok.....I believe I will look at another Condo in the years to come.....will recommend only based on it's location.
