A click of your personal remote device will open the private driveway gate to your private parking space and entrance to your apartment in a beautiful close-in Atlanta neighborhood - just 15 minutes from Midtown, Emory, CDC, Georgia Tech, downtown historic and contemporary, corporate sights. Great shopping at Lenox Square or Phipps Plaza. Or, travel east for 15-20 minutes to a fabulous Stone Mountain Park adventure! And, of course, Atlanta professional and college sporting events and concerts all year long!

When "at home," though, enjoy the quiet, private comfort and amenities of a 2000 square foot apartment that includes spacious rooms, fireplace, granite kitchen, a pool table, game table, and large flat screen TV with cable and Netflix. A California king bed awaits you in the large bedroom. Two additional beds are available for children or adults. Wi-Fi included.

I'll copy-paste here the review written by the guest who checked out on March 17, 2016, two days before Evelyn arrived. "Simply. WOW! Sylvia was the most gracious host. Sylvia has created a space that is welcoming, warm, and comfortable. From the VERY clean rooms to the hot tub, we felt like we were wanted there and she was going to make sure we had a great visit to Atlanta. Communication was exceptional. The location is perfect. If you've ever been to Atlanta, you know traffic can be very congested, but because this home is located inside the "perimeter" we NEVER had to sit in traffic. Downtown, Buckhead, and all the sights were 15 minutes away. We did not waste our family vacation sitting in traffic. As a family with two little kids we felt extremely safe. The neighborhood is in what we call here in Missouri.."fancy". The home is beautiful with a neighborhood to match. From the tree lined streets to the gated area where guests park, we felt very much at ease. We were staying in a safe neighborhood and not worrying about our safety and personal property as can happen at large hotels in an urban areas. Again, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sylvia and her space. As someone who travels a lot for business, one is hard-pressed to find any flaws with what she has created. My only worry is that next time we are in Atlanta her space will be booked."
