“Great Neighborhood in Seville”

We loved this neighborhood! It was lively, there was good food, and always something going on to watch right outside our door. The apartment has a large king bed in one bedroom. Futon pulls out in the kitchen/sitting room. It is well-equipped. Host is very friendly. We walked to center city just across the bridge. Take cabs to get to Renfe or Airport. Would book again.

We (a family of four) just returned after staying five nights in this apartment. As described, the apartment is indeed impeccable! It is right in the heart of Triana. It is situated on this lovely street, that has cafes, restaurants and shops and also allows for pedestrian access only. Although the street is very busy and lively, you hear nothing, once you are inside the apartment. We stayed in the slightly bigger apartment, which has a studio attached. This was just perfect for our family of four. The bed was extremely comfortable and the wi-fi was fast and reliable. The kitchen is very well stocked and the heating in the apartment was also great. The apartment is situated up one easy flight of stairs, so this should be factored in, in case one is travelling with heavy suitcases or has issues with stair climbing. Free parking is not always available on the adjoining streets, but we managed. On a couple of occasions, we had to however park, at the nearby Mercado De triana (a supermarket) which has underground parking (17 Euros per night) Jose is a great host. He responded immediately to all my queries before our travels and was very helpful in providing necessary information. He was also kind enough to arrange for tickets to the Alhambra for us. On the day we arrived, we faced small problems getting in, because Jose was not available (he waited for us earlier, but we got delayed due to late departure from Madrid). But we managed to get the keys from the restaurant below. We felt a little hassled by this initially, but that apart, the stay was nothing short of fantastic!!

Tuvimos una hermosa experiencia en Sevilla, en gran parte debido a nuestra estadía en este departamento en Triana. En plena zona de bares y restaurantes, fué muy bueno poder estar alojados en un lugar en un patio tan tranquilo y soleado. El departamento en sí es muy bonito, muy bien equipado y decorado. Todo impecable y nuevo, con absolutamente todo lo necesario para pasar unos días como en casa. Llegar después de un día ajetreado y con 35°C, a un remanso como éste, completó un estadía más que placentera en Sevilla. Si bien no conocimos personalmente al propietario, no dejamos de valorar su buena actitud y completa confianza hacia nosotros.

Our trip to Sevilla was greatly enhanced by our stay in J Manuel's apartment which is clean and comfortable. It would be difficult to find a better location. The apartment had most of the amenities we were looking for which included a/C, TV, Internet and washer. The kitchen has everything needed if you want to prepare your own meals. When it was time to venture out for dinner or sightseeing all we had to do was step outside our apartment and the adventure began. If you are looking for a delightful experience in Sevilla, this is the place to stay.

An immaculate apartment, clean and neet in a really good location. The owner met us with the keys and gave us a run down of the neighborhood, which was buzzing with locals chatting, eating and hanging out. A perfect base to explore from and recharge our batteries. The washing machine and dishwasher were handy and plenty of space and light - fantastic. We discovered small out of the way places to eat but found ourselves relaxing at the at the local cafe's outside the apartment building, each evening before bed. To sum up, a very nice well appointed apartment in an ideal location run by a really nice guy - ten out of ten,

“Perfect location”

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. It is a comfortable, very well equipped space located off a busy pedestrian street. Everything you need is there including paper towel, laundry detergent, salt/pepper, lots of dishes, pots/pans etc. There is a wonderful mercado and stores within 2-3 minutes walking. The street is busy with lots of families and locals walking, talking, eating etc. You get a real feel for Spanish lifestyle. The apartment is in the center of a very quiet courtyard so you get the best of both worlds. There are lots of places to eat including the amazing Los Golondrinas with its terrific tapas. You are only a short walk over the bridge from all the tourist spots and shopping of Seville. I highly recommend this accommodation

“Glorious Sevilla”

Four adults stayed at Jose Manual's modern and excellent Sevilla apartment for 3 days in May 2013. The apartment is very modern and well equipped to host 4 adults or families. The full kitchen provides every thing, a washer to do laundry and a wonderful private patio to take in the Sevilla skyline. The upstairs bedroom and patio are accessed via a swirling staircase, possibly making heavy luggage difficult. Locating the apartment was initially a challenge, but it's perfectly located with restaurants, shops and a easy short walk into the center of town. Located across the street from a great museum and park, with excellent art exhibits and sales in the park. I would highly recommend this apartment and will stay here for my next visit to Sevilla. “Triana: Civilised Living in the City”

The owner has two apartments at the same location, and we were very happy to have found them. We lived in the slightly larger one for seven weeks in February and March. It is extremely well situated for tourist purposes (easy walking distance to the cathedral and similar locations) and at the same time next to all retail and other services, including Triana market, taxis, buses, cafés, and rental bicycles. This spotless apartment is located in a courtyard set back from a broad pedestrian street which is very well liked by local people and consequently buzzing with conversation. Despite that, the apartments themselves are completely quiet. The kitchen is well equipped, the televisions, phone, and wifi all worked flawlessly; it is fully furnished with a tasteful use of colour. The host is helpful and obliging, with an excellent knowledge of English.

My stay in Seville was made very easy with the help of Jose Manuel the owner of the apartment, and I really couldn't recommend it highly enough. The apartment is peaceful and clean and the location convenient and lively, with a perfect breakfast cafe across the street open 7 days a week, surprisingly good fresh tapas next door and the wonderful Las Golondrinas tapas bar around the corner. If you need wifi or if you are planning to cook, it might be worth speaking to the owner first as I didn't use the internet... and the pans were a little ancient! However, very happy and looking forward to going back again.

Just want to ad that, although the pans we had at the apartment were a bit outdated, as you will agree, they were perfectly clean and in good shape for cooking. In any case, and following your indications, we have just bought a complete set of brand new pans for the kitchen and, as you will find for yourself next time, no excuses for cooking now!

“Location, Location, Location!”

Stayed for the month of January and can't even think about a better location. In the Triana neighborhood just across the bridge to the city center. Lively pedestrian street that can get noisy but once inside the courtyard and into this apartment, it's quiet and peaceful. We had some minor issues with a main fuse that blew a few times, a remote controlled heating system that had a mind of it's own but we really enjoyed our stay. Jose was a wonderful host and is aware of the minor problems. The apartment is slightly dated but very serviceable. There is a fantastic market nearby and the main bus station is a 10 minute walk for day trips. We are very happy we stayed here. Tapas bars all around. We warn you to stay away from the one on either side of the entrance to the courtyard. Rude, bad food and terrible service. Jose will lead you to the promised land.
