Your lease agreement will automatically include one of the following rental types listed below; based on the total number of guests you have submitted on your inquiry. If you are not sure of how many people will be jointing you at the time of booking, don't be concerned you can always add extra guests to your reservation later on. For example, if your inquiry is for 2 guests that includes the entire villa, less the second master bedroom suite, Murphy bed and the garage storage area simply remain locked. How do damage deposits work?

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
