Dear Future Guests, PLEASE NOTE:

The house will allow six adult of (Average weight), kid's room allows two kids or teens, or two small adults. A spacious Folding sofa-bed can be easily fit three adults only average weight people. Please contact me discuss about it.
The house is located on a hill in a gated community, named “Hermosa Heights"; offering an amazing view without forgetting gorgeous sunsets. This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house conveniently situated 7 minutes walking distance from the beach, 10 minutes driving from Hermosa beach and Coco beach and 25-30 minutes driving from Liberia Airport. The property is located in a short walking distance from one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches in Costa Rica surrounded by rich vegetation. Outside house is adorned by some plants leading to the patio and dreamy infinity ocean view from private pool. Comfortably furnished patio creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxing evenings in a beauty of enchanting nature. Inside the villa is decorated in warm colors of calm and serenity. It is perfect for couples & families who wishes to stay in a serene place. This inviting villa offers 1 Master bedroom with a suite bathroom and 2 other bedrooms sharing a second bathroom. The garden plants around the house provide additional privacy from the neighboring houses.
Beautifully barred windows allow you to enjoy the fresh breeze and feel very safe with open windows at night time. Each room has an air conditioner and fans for guests who prefer a fresh air. The parking space conveniently located close to the villa.
Down below the community a large pool with two slides have a fun for adult and kids. And a good size private pool where you will relax with your family and watch beautiful sunsets. There a pleasurable walking to the most beautiful beach of Guanacaste take about 7- 9 minutes by the usual steps.
Not far located a few amazing wild beaches. In Playa Panama is a silent, beautiful beach in five minutes driving from my house. Enjoy the peacefulness of this property, close your eyes and let yourself swept away by the song of the waves breaking on the beach..

Both bathrooms has a nice, spacious showers.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, micro wave, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee machine, blender. Ocean view.
Living/Dining
The living room furnished with a large sofa-bed
Maid service is available upon request. In the villa you will find many towels for the pool & shower. But please request to use your own towels for the beach. If you taking four folding chairs to the beach please bring them back to the villa. Thank you!

Some interesting facts about Guanacaste..
In the Northwest of the country is the province of Guanacaste. In the province are the best beaches in Costa Rica , but not all the attractions of this area of the country associated with the blue and warm ocean and sandy beaches. There are also plenty of pristine rivers, volcanoes and important protected areas , such as the National Park Santa Rosa which is home to 10 different habitats, including mangroves , swamps and evergreen and dry forests . Another National Park volcano Rincon de la Vieja is a haven for many species of birds and wild animals , impressive lush , boiling mud geysers , refreshing rivers and waterfalls .
In Guanacaste very advantageous geographical position - despite the tropical climate , the rains here are rare, even in the rainy season , but the sun shines in the province and constantly maintains a temperature not lower than 23 degrees Celsius.
You can visit other places of interest , such as Monteverde and La Fortuna, with an impressive active volcano Arenal . In both places , you will find a wide selection of tours , including tours under the dome of the jungle , horseback riding, bird watching and hiking.
Received its name from the name of the province of Guanacaste tree ( enterolobium krugloplodny ), which grows everywhere and is one of the national symbols of Costa Rica.

Response from the owner Dear Mr. Fred thanks for your time you spent for writing the review. Your trouble with water in bathroom was fixed in the same day. The property manager services always a very wonderful - all guests very much likes him. During your vacation you needed in his help and he spent many hours helping to your family. Let me explain to you about the light at night .. There the motion sensors on both sides of the house there four of them with an incredible bright lamps even a person with poor eyesight will see and not only a walkway , but even very small insects will be visible nicely. Motion sensors turning on light when the person is still at a distance from home. You were asking turn on heater in the pool based on the review other person... There no heaters in the pools in Costa Rica. Costa Rica a very hot country especially hot in Guanacaste and naturally heating a water in the pools. The temperature in the pool changes often during the year, depending on the sun's location. And often a water in the pool a very warm. Mostly guests prefer a cooler water in the pool , than a hot temperature in air. The heater system will not work in humid climate it what speak professionals. Would be logically, if someone else from my guests would tell about the same things what you wrote in your review. But all apposite very happy with everything. Anyway my apologies for the delivered you into trouble in my house. Again thanks.

Response from the owner My dear guests, I am reading your good review and in your attitude to things I really recognizing myself! :) I could not buy a house a long time.., we were In the three countries in Latin America choosing the best place and the best house. And finally we arrived to Costa Rica and be seeing a lot of areas of CR and plenty houses! 9 months I could not choose the right house which I really would like. People already tired from my many questions! :) Finally I was impressed by area in Playa Hermosa and by villa. People said to me that I am a very picky person in everything, I am just smiled and have told , that I can do nothing with this. Thank you for your wonderful review. We are in many looks on things the same.:)) Next time when you will arrive in CR don't pay to an illegally working in yellow vests and demanding $2 for watching your car. They just usual small deceivers. But of course , if you have desire to make a help to poor people this is a wonderful decision. But those guys will not watch your car as they promise, only , if they a legal security guards. Again thanks!!
