Clean, charming getaway in the wonderful Historic District! Relax knowing we use only professional housekeeping services with 3 full days between guests.

This property is often in demand. Location is everything and this neighborhood of Antebellum mansions, cottages and gardens is a short walk to upscale restaurants/outdoor dining, coffee shops, nightlife, the waterfront, museums and Visitors Center. There is so much to do right from your doorstep! We supply two bikes and a custom guidebook of local insider tips to help you settle in.

The Living Room has a 40" HDTV, DVD, high speed WiFi and a locally-themed movie library. The Dining Room is perfect for meals or spreading out to work.

Guests live the private courtyard with additional Dining and Lounging areas. The cozy Kitchen has stainless appliances, a stocked coffee/tea bar, microwave and laundry.

There are 2 bedrooms- each with custom linens and large closets and dressers. The first bedroom has a 4-poster queen bed and overlooks the courtyard. The second bedroom has 2 charming twin beds and gets incredible morning light. There are 1-1/2 baths. Hair dryers, iron, towels, bed linens, beach towels and picnic supplies provided.

We are licensed by the State and City for your comfort.

Come to Beaufort and stay in the heart of its charm! We'd love to answer any questions you might have and help you to finalize your booking.

Nearby are USC-B, the Performing Arts Center, Waterfront Park, Tabby Place, Library and Pat Conroy Literary Center and the best restaurants and shops.

The Parris Island gate is just 8 miles, and a pleasant 15 mile drive takes you to the amazingly beautiful undeveloped beach/state park.

If Sara and Gary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
