Our second-floor, clean and well-appointed condo in Oyster Pointe feels secluded while centrally located at milepost 7.5 near ALL the OBX's best attractions. 15-min. walk to Publix grocery and mini-golf, 1 mile to public dock on Kitty Hawk Bay, 1 mile to the Wright Bros. Memorial on the quiet, wooded multi-use trail. Bring your bikes!

Security deposit will be returned in full so long as The Lark is left clean, tidy and ready for a regular cleaning on departure. Limit of 4 people and 3 well-behaved dogs with $75 pet fee, plus taxes. Dogs must be up-to-date on shots and kept off furniture.

This condo has everything a (small) family would need. We visited in December, and we enjoyed it so much. Perfect location for quite a bunch of things to do and visit (although some places are closed in the winter, e.g., the Bodie Lighthouse at Nags Head). We didn't stay much inside, even if it was windy or overcast, but if we did, we would've had plenty of entertaining: books, tv, movies, each other in a clean cozy apartment. This place is so great for us we almost didn't want to write a review, hoping that it would have more availability for us. It's definitely on our list of places to return to. The owners were awesome in communicating with us about everything that needed to be known about the rental and the contract was thoroughly put together. Thanks!

Very comfortable condo with everything thought of down to the dvd's, grocery store tags. Central location to all outer banks activities. Look forward to a return trip in the future.

"This was my wife and I's (as well as our puppy!) first trip to the OBX during the off-season, cool experience! The home was beautiful, lots of nice little-touches (dog bed included, variety of boardgames and DVDS). We came during a very cold time for the area, and brought along some frozen pipes with us! The owners were awesome, they worked with us with finding an option that worked for everyone. Extremely friendly over email and phone, the owners were VERY easy to communicate with, very quick replies. Overall, an excellent stay. If you are a regular to the OBX in the Summer, we definitely recommend taking a weekend and experiencing the off-season. The Lark is a cozy place, very close to the beach and Sound. Thanks Lisa and Tim, we had a great stay!"

We really enjoyed our vacation and one big reason was our stay at The Lark. We felt at home there and fell in love with the king size bed. The owners have thought of everything someone might need right down to grocery savings cards. We had forgotten to pack a couple items and were so surprised when we found them in a closet. Our son said "it's like they have everything ready for us!". We definitely can't wait for our next trip to The Lark!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lark. You have a beautiful, comfortable home. My son's puppy Derek enjoyed it also, going on long walks and sleeping in the dog bed. I think it was very comfortable to him. We all just want to thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home and we hope to come again. This is a very nice vacation spot.

My husband, son and I were thrilled to find such an easily accessible, fun place to stay. The provisions made it easy to have a toddler with his, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the condo, screened in porch, and accessibility to many of our favorite places to eat and visit. The owners were so responsive to any questions we had before and after the process. We highly recommend!

My husband and I brought our 6 month old for his first beach trip. He was not a fan of the beach but we had an amazing time. There were plenty of other things to keep us busy and the Roanoke aquarium was one of his favorites. The loft is modernly furnished which made it easy for it to feel like home. We were thankful for the child proofing as well. We only wished that we had brought our dog. The location is perfect. It's out just enough for you to get the amazing view but still very close to anything you could want to do. Lisa and Tim are amazing and made our stay perfect.

Our family of four (plus one dog) thoroughly enjoyed the Lark! It had everything we needed to feel like a home away from home. We appreciated being at the condo complex where our kids could safely bike and scooter around. The setting was very pretty - nice to wake up in the morning and sit on the screened in porch and enjoy looking over the stream in back. We would surely recommend this rental. Not one complaint!

My husband and I needed a convenient place to stay for the Outer Banks Marathon, and this was really ideal! We were able to bring our dog and cook our own pre-race meals, just like home. The place is simple and clean, and is equipped with the little comforts that make it easy to stay 'in' (like cooking spray and good movies), but once we were ready for food and brews, we found it to be super close to everything fun on the main drag, and the ocean beach was really just a few minutes drive away. Lisa and Tim were easy and friendly to work with, and the keyless entry is genius- it made our whole stay easier. Overall, I think if it were summer we might want a more beachy atmosphere, but that said I would highly recommend staying here to a couple or small family looking for a place to spend down time while visiting, especially off season.
