Description

It's located in the heart of old Paris’ 5th district and Quartier Latin, just a few blocks from Notre Dame Cathedral, a 15-minute walk from of all the main museums (like Le Louvre). it is the oldest and nicest living places in Paris, where students, artists and tourists meet.

It’s conveniently accessible from all main Metro and High speed rail lines and Paris’ majors Airports. You cannot find more central and convenient place.

The flat is on the penthouse floor and includes a stunning rooftop deck with incredible views of all ofParis (look at the Gallery, for real it's what you will experience!). It is a suite of 50m2 (more than 500ft2) of surface and the terrace is 30m2 (more than 300ft2) and has a Veranda and many trees, bamboos and plants.

You will enjoy on the roof top terrace amazing dinners, or you can a sunbathe in complete privacy in restful manner, or share a cocktail with friends. Even in winter, in the Veranda we have a heating device so you can enjoy the view and have a dinner or breakfast "outside" !

The apartment can accommodate 4 people to sleep. It has a King size bed and 2 large sofas.

The only slight drawback, that we actually find to be uniquely charming, is that no elevator exists due to the fact that the building was constructed in the 17th century. With a little forethought, you will be able to minimize the up and down trips !

We can organise whatever you need (tickets for concerts, transfers, taxis, in-home chef, daily cleaning) upon request for a supplemental but at cost fee.

The street where your apartment is located (see situation) is animated day and night as many tourists goes through for Museum and food (but after midnight restaurants close and it’s a very safe and restful place as Police headquarter is a few block away).

“As advertised!”

The flat was just as described and depicted on aurelion's site. We were visiting for a long weekend with a family of five and it was more than sufficient to sleep us all comfortably. The location is superb with fun restaurants and shopping all around. Open the windows and you can hear the Notre Dame bells ringing and a little hum from the street activity. We were arriving early on the train and Malin was very accommodating to store our bags while the flat was readied and we got some lunch. The metro is very accessible and the little supermarket is right on the street below that made stocking up with drinks, fruits, snacks and wine very easy. We had the best yogurt and blood orange juice! The deck is just plain cool with great views and ambiance- a great way to have your coffee in the morning. Thanks for a great stay- I would highly recommend!

Had a lovely time, lots to see and do in surrounding area. Stairs are a killer (can't lie, but this took away any guilt for all the crêpes we ate!) but the view and terrace does make it worthwhile especially in the amazing weather we had. Only minor thing was the door into the shower room is glass (it does have a roller blind that goes 2/3 way down) and one wall is glass blocks, so don't expect much privacy.

Words can't express how enjoyable our experience was, staying in the heart of the Latin Quarter, steps from Notre Dame as you gaze out from your terrace. Really could not have asked for a better location or a more comfortable setting.

The apartment is cozy, has everything you need, very charming, and suitable for 2. You should be able to climb several stairs, but that's Paris. The upstairs terrace is huge and very relaxing. The lightning all around the apartment(including inside the bathtub) is also something to mention. Close to many interesting areas, and surrounded by restaurants and cool movement.

This apartment is in a wonderful location in Paris near Notre Dame and in an interesting active neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay especially the terrace on the roof where we enjoyed coffee and breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. There is no lift and therefore a lot of stairs to climb, but that way you don't have to worry too much about what you eat. Will definitely look to stay here again if we return to Paris.

Great place to stay in Paris, the studio apartment is very quirky, clean and all the mod cons, central to the shops, bars,restaurants & the metro, and a stones throw from Notre Dame & The Louvre. Our 2 kids loved the appartment, the only draw back was the climb to the 6th floor

アパートメントの立地は最高です。 場所はシテ島の南、サン=ミッシェル=ノートルダム駅から徒歩3分の古い建物です。 周りは繁華街で、隣に夜22時までやってるスーパーもあります。 利便性が高いです。 観光面ではノートルダム寺院だけでなく、ルーブル美術館やオルセー美術館にも散歩がてら歩いていけるほど。 鉄道もper B、per C、メトロ4号線が利用できます。 シテ島発のヴデット・デュ・ポンヌフのセーヌ川クルーズにも歩いて行けました。 ただし部屋に入るには螺旋階段を重い荷物を持って5階まで上っていかなければなりません。 エレベーターはありません。高齢の方は避けた方が良いでしょう。 その分、屋上は利用する価値有りです。 ガラス張りの室内テラス(ソファや暖房設備も完備)と屋外に分かれていて、どちらもまったり過ごすには素晴らしい環境です。 ノートルダム寺院とパリの町並みを見ながら朝食を食べれます。 自分たちは夜中にお風呂を利用してたらいきなりお湯が出なくなり困りました。 古い建物でお湯を溜めて使う形式のようで、こうなったら朝になるまで回復しません。 私たちはお湯切れが怖くて朝方お風呂に入っていました。 ただ困ったときはマリーンに電話してケアしてもらいました。 電話機とPC(Mac)が使えるのは素晴らしいです。調べ物で重宝しました。 いろいろ残念な点はありますが、立地がなんといっても素晴らしく、パリ生活を満喫するには良いでしょう。 奥さんは観光よりも、料理をしたり、屋上でまったりしたり、この部屋での生活を楽しんでいました。 結果的にここに決めて良かったと思います。

We absolutely loved the Notre Dame Paris Flat. It's located in a great place with lots happening day and night. The flat is very well appointed and clean and quiet. It was set up for us so when we arrived all we had to do was enjoy the view! We had wonderful dinners on the terrace in the glow of Notre Dame on mild winter nights. On other nights were were treated with great food and service in the recommended close-by restaurants. We woke up to magnificent sunrises over the roof tops of Paris as we had our morning coffee on the terrace. I don't think it gets any better than the Notre dame Paris Flat.
