Description

Newer Luxury Cabin! Located in Southern Utah, Duck Creek Village. Navajo & Panguitch Lakes, and Cedar Breaks National Monument, are all within a 20 minute drive of Duck Creek Village. Brian Head Ski and Summer Resort, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park are each less than 45 minutes away. The Grand Canyon and Grand Staircase Escalante are within 2 hours. Las Vegas is 3 hours away.

Cabin resides in Duck Creek Village with restaurants, shops and groceries nearby. There are more than 500 miles of ATV trails in our immediate area. ATV & Snowmobile rentals are available in the village.

Our Cabin is a perfect luxury retreat with a beautiful meadow view and stream across the street and surrounded by national forest.

Relax and enjoy two large flat panel LCD HDTVs (1 upstairs, and 1 downstairs), DirectTV, video library, Xbox One, (great for adults and kids) wireless high speed Internet, Pool/Ping-Pong table, and gourmet kitchen.

This Non-Smoking, 3100 square foot cabin sleeps 15 comfortably, with 3.5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms plus a loft. No pets please (ask owner for exceptions). 15 persons maximum unless approved by owner and with extra charges per person.

You will need a vehicle to access the village. During the winter 4 wheel drive is recommended but not required. Chains are helpful in the event of a snow storm.

Refer to rental contact for all rules. No smoking on property. No pets unless previously approved. No additional guests beyond what was agreed to at rental unless previously approved. ATV's should only be ridden on roads to access trails. Please do not race around community roads or cul-de-sacs. Youth must follow local ATV safety laws. Neighbors will call Sheriff to enforce these. Do not bother neighbors. Parking in driveway only.

Response from the owner I was just looking back on this review, which we appreciate! Just a note that it is approximately 45-50 minutes from the Cabin to the Zion East Gate, or to Bryce Canyon. Google Maps Driving Directions will validate this. The subdivision spends thousands of dollars per year to put Mag-Chloride down in May to keep the dust down. It helps. Asphalt would be difficult in the winter snow there.

How do damage deposits work?
